Often viewed as the highest quality printing you can achieve with unrivalled archival properties, this process delivers exceptional results with no compromise on quality. When only the best will do.

Photographic prints are the perfect choice for professional photographers. Often slightly cheaper than Giclée prints but with no compromise on print quality. Using the latest state of the art inkjet printers with 12 colours gives prints fantastic colour, sharp details and a stunning tonal range. We only use the best professional archival photographic papers, printed at an impressive 2400dpi, photographic prints at their best.

We stock a carefully curated range of professional papers from trusted brands including Hahnemühle and Fotospeed.
Our fine art range includes textured and smooth cotton papers, while our photographic papers cover gloss, pearl, and matt finishes.
Each paper has been selected for its colour accuracy, archival quality, and surface character.

No, your print size always stays the same. For example, if you order an A3 print, it will remain A3 in size. Any border you choose is added around the print, outside your ordered dimensions, so the image area is not reduced.

You can choose to print borderless or with a custom white border, depending on how you plan to finish your work.
When ordering, you can enter the exact border size you’d like — adjusting the top, bottom, left, and right edges individually to your preferred dimensions. Bordered prints are ideal for mounting and framing, while borderless prints give a clean, edge-to-edge look.

Absolutely. All prints are made using pigment-based inks that are lightfast and rated to last more than 100 years under normal display conditions. When paired with our fine art papers, your work will maintain its colour accuracy and detail for decades.

Yes. Our team can provide a test print or proof to check colour, tone, and paper choice before running a full order.
We also offer downloadable ICC profiles for soft proofing if you’d like to preview how your work will appear on our printers.

Calibrating your monitor ensures that what you see on screen closely matches what we produce in print.
Uncalibrated screens often display colour and brightness inconsistently, which can lead to unexpected print results.
Using a hardware calibrator helps you work with confidence and achieve predictable, professional colour.

We recommend using a device such as Calibrite or Datacolor for calibration.
Once calibrated, check your monitor regularly (every few weeks if you print often) to maintain colour consistency.
Always work in a neutral, well-lit environment and avoid high screen brightness.

Yes. Our print workflow is fully colour-managed, and we can provide a test print or proof to check colour and tone before final production.
If you’ve printed with us before, we can also match to your previous orders to maintain consistency across print runs.

Soft proofing allows you to simulate how your image will appear when printed on a specific paper type.
You can use our downloadable ICC profiles to soft proof in software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom, helping you preview contrast, tone, and saturation accurately before ordering.

You can, but it won’t be accurate. For best results, make sure your monitor is calibrated first — otherwise, soft proofing will only give a rough indication rather than a true preview of your print.
If your screen isn’t calibrated, your print colours may appear slightly off compared to what you see on screen.

Our 35% off display samples are available exclusively to approved trade clients. To qualify, you’ll need to have placed at least three completed orders within twelve months.

Eligibility renews automatically after twelve orders or twelve months, whichever comes first. Once renewed, you can order another discounted sample for each product type.

You can order one discounted sample per product type during each eligibility period — canvas, print, canvas frame, and picture frame.

Yes, you can order one of each product type at the discounted rate, as long as your account is eligible. Additional samples can still be ordered at full price.

Yes, discounted samples are only available to approved trade clients.
Trade account approval is instant, so you can get started right away.

Sample orders take up to 10 working days to produce, as full-price customer orders take priority.
If you need yours sooner, you can order at full price for faster turnaround.

From November 1st to December 31st, discounted samples are paused during our busiest period. Full-priced samples can still be ordered at any time.

Each display sample is produced to the same high professional standard and marked “SAMPLE” discreetly on the reverse, keeping the front clean and gallery-ready for display.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you ever receive an order that isn’t up to our usual high standard, please contact us right away.
We’ll review the issue, and if something’s not right, we’ll replace or reprint it at no cost to you.

In the rare event that your order is damaged during delivery, let us know as soon as possible.
Please send clear photos of the label, packaging and the damaged item to studio@tradecanvasprint.co.uk, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement.

As each product is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality or damage.
However, if there’s ever a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
